Viking Jim is the father of Snow Pea and the wife of Lady Legume. He appeared in "Bring Your Dad to Lucha Day" and then appeared briefly in "Mask Mitzvah" and "Timmy of a Thousand Masks". He appeared as a cameo in "The Return of El Maléfico" movie and "The Match Before Xmas".

Viking Jim is a tall, muscular, and heavy weighted masked wrestler who has a short, light green mask with dark green thick, lines above the eyes and long horns around his long, messy, reddish-brown hair. He also has a small, red chest hair and wears a long, shark-tooth necklace. He also wears a black belt with a silver plate on the front, brown tights, and brown, leather, fur-like shoes
Background[]
In "Bring Your Dad to Lucha Day", he and Snow Pea fought The Flea and Mr. Flea during the "Bring Your Dad to Lucha Day" match. However, they lost the match and both Flea and Mr. Flea won.
He appeared again in "Mask Mitzvah", During the honor of Rikochet becoming a man, he was seen dancing and celebrating the honor with Snow Pea and Lady Legume. At the end of the episode, Rikochet was going to fight six big, heavyweight wrestlers including him. They fought Rikochet as the celebration continues.
In "Timmy of a Thousand Masks", he was seen with his wife Lady Legume at Headmistress' Office, so Headmistress can expel Snow Pea for clogging toilets and sinks at the boy's bathroom and flooded the school.
In "The Match Before Xmas", he was seen by a large crowd watching the "Lucha Xmas Eve Mega Match".
In "The Return of El Maléfico", when Rikochet sets every soul free, the crowds gather around to honor The Three Mascaritas for saving the world. He is seen in the large amount of audience celebrating The Three Mascarita's honor.
