Trivia[]
- The title of the episode is a reference to a party game, Truth or Dare.
- While The Three Mascaritas are watching "The Mast and the Wrestler" in the waiting room, The Real El Rey appears in "Elipse of Confidence!" poster with him smiling.
- When Buena Girl shows her clean teeth, her teeth resemble a real set of human teeth.
- Later, The Flea shows his dirty teeth as his teeth resemble a real set of dirty, human teeth.
- As each member of The Three Mascaritas go inside the dentist's office, each of them had different results:
- Rikochet said that his teeth came out perfect.
- The Flea said that his teeth were also perfect and El Evil Dentista of Doom gave him his bicycle. However, his teeth were not perfect, and he still had dirty teeth.
- Buena Girl had braces, which has a large metal headgear due to her teeth drilled by El Evil Dentista of Doom.
- Buena Mom makes her first appearance in this episode.
- Buena Girl says, "My buena sense is tingling. It tells me that something's wrong." This line is a reference to when Spider-Man uses spider sense in Marvel Comic's Spider-Man.
- The 3D animated stars from "Our Founder" was reused when The Flea was thrown near the ropes.
- After defeating El Evil Dentista of Doom, Rikochet and The Flea had their perfect teeth again except for Buena Girl since her final moves knocked her teeth out a bit and she would need braces.
