Tom Sheppard is an American writer and producer who is known for writing episodes from various shows. He was mainly involved in various animated series as a writer, producer, and director. He studied music before he became part of the animation industry, and he is still playing music even after graduating. He was known for writing episodes from animated shows such as Pinky and the Brain, My Gym Partner's a Monkey, Back at the Barnyard, The High Fructose Adventures of Annoying Orange, and Robot Chicken.

He wrote some of the episodes from the third season of ¡Mucha Lucha!.
