"The Musica Man" is the second segment of the 9th episode in the first season of ¡Mucha Lucha!. It aired on November 23, 2002, on Kids' WB and on May 7, 2004, on Cartoon Network.
Synopsis[]
Rikochet wins a band in a lucha match. Now, our hero has a full-time live soundtrack to his life. But, things go from bad to worse as the music men keep getting Rikochet inadvertently into trouble at school. It finally becomes so annoying the Rikochet must wrestle the entire band just to get them off his back.

- The title of the episode is a reference to a popular broadway musical, The Music Man.
- La Piñata makes her first appearance in this episode.
- The animation where Sr. Midcarda and every student dances are reused for the extended music video of the theme song.
- Throughout the episode, Mariachi Band has performed and sang about Rikochet based on his point of view over and over again.
- The animation where The Three Mascaritas runs through sidewalks, Slammin' Donuts, and The Foremost World-Renowned International School of Lucha from "Back to School" is reused when they're running to school without hearing the Mariachi Band sing.
Goofs[]
- As Rikochet walks with a blindfold on, his mouth doesn't move when he speaks.
- Ensalada De Frutas, Megawatt, El Perrito cheerfully grab candies, however, they've jumped, and the candies were gone when they left.
- While every Slammin' Donuts patrons dances, The Flea dances among them, but when the Mariachi Band performs another song, he sits in the table with Rikochet and Buena Girl.
- The star on Rikochet's mask is above his mask when he wakes up screaming in the bed.
- Headmistress's office did not have the red wall, instead it is designed with light, olive-green wall.
- When The Three Mascaritas sighed for relief, the trumpet player of the Mariachi Band appears and disappeared before the Mariachi Band appears next to them.
- After Headmistress gives them more detention slips, the camera pans away from her a bit later before panning to Buena Girl.
