- During the production, this episode was originally known as "Blue Demon".
- This episode was nominated for Best Children's Programming at 2005 Imagen Awards along with ChalkZone, Dora the Explorer, Nick News with Linda Ellerbee, and Maya & Miguel.[2]
- Buena Girl fights with "Hole E. Water" as it refers to the drink as Holy Water.
- Lonestar was once part of Los Justice Enforcers team.
- The movie Los Justice Enforcers is a parody of DC superhero, "Justice League".
- It is also inspired by the lucha libre film, "Los Campeones Justicieros" (aka "The Champions of Justice").
- Blue Demon Jr.'s finishing moves were originally known as "El Pulpo" (Octopus in Spanish), but due to the slang term of "Pulpo", his signature move was changed to "The Octopus". [3]
