Tara Lyn Strong (born February 12, 1973) is a Canadian and American voice actress in the animation voice-over, feature films, and video games. She is known for voicing Bubbles from The Powerpuff Girls, Timmy Turner in The Fairly Oddparents, Dil Pickles in Rugrats, Raven in Teen Titans, Harley Quinn from Various DC Animated Movies, Shows, and Video Games, and Twilight Sparkle from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.

She voiced Rollerita from "Buena on Wheels" and Information Booth Slamazons #1 in "Slamazon and On".
