— Sr. Hasbeena's Catchphrase
|
Sr. Hasbeena, originally known as Sr. Couldabeena, is a teacher at the Foremost World-Renowned International School of Lucha. He was a professional masked wrestler back in 1972. At the time, he wasn't able to win his World Championship title, since he lost to Kid Upandcoming, but he still remembers that event in the present day.
Description[]
"Sr. Hasbeena teaches Masked Wrestling Theory and Self-Presentation. Hasbeena's heyday as a Masked Wrestler was years ago, when he enjoyed a brief movie career (a fact he never lets his students forget by constantly showing them the old, cornball films). He runs the Masked Wrestler movies during class and is always ready to pop in a tape at any time. He'll take any opportunity he can to show some of his past exploits (even if he wasn't the star of the film). He is also an accomplished dancer, and often works dance-themed moves into his wrestling style. Sr. Hasbeena has managed to keep in good physical shape - too bad we can't say the same for his mental state. But hey, one out of two ain't bad."
Appearance[]
Sr. Hasbeena is a tall, slender, light-skinned male with a fashion sense from the 1970s. His mask is red and blue with thin white outlines. He currently wears a maroon shirt, blue bell-bottom jeans, a brown jacket with fringes, a belt with a large gold buckle, and brown high-heeled boots.
In his youth, he used to wear a navy-blue singlet with bell-bottom legs and white shoes, as seen in "Woulda Coulda Hasbeena" and a picture on “Thrills and Skills”
In "Field of Screams", when unmasked, it is revealed that he has spiky black hair. but his face isn't completely seen as he was hiding it under his shirt, in "Would Coulda Hasbeena" and "I Was a Pre-Teenage Chupacabra", his hair is brown.
Personality[]
Loud and flamboyant, Sr. Hasbeena is a man of his time, specifically the 1970s. He is very much into the disco craze of the '70s, which he takes immense pride in, despite the confusion of his students born long after the period. Despite being out of his element, Sr. Hasbeena greets each lesson with positivity and energy, eager to teach the next generation of luchadores.
Despite his positive attitude, Sr. Hasbeena occasionally suffers from fits of depression, particularly over his failure to win the Championship title at the apex of his wrestling career. He also doesn't respond well to the fact that the '70s are over a long time since 3 decades, usually reacting with sighing resignation.

- School Bus of Tardiness: Sr. Hasbeena, Sr. Midcarda, and Headmistress fused themselves by transforming into a school bus.
