Richard Newman (born November 2, 1946) is an American-Canadian voice actor in the animation and anime dubbing voice-over, feature films, direct-to-video films, and video games. He also played characters in live-action films. He is known for voicing numerous characters in the Transformers franchise such as Rinox in Beast Wars: Transformers, M. Bison in Street Fighter: The Animated Series, and Emperor Dornkirk in The Vision of Escaflowne.

He voiced El Phantasmo in "Honor Thy Lucha".
