Rich Chidlaw (February 23, 1951 - October 3, 2023) is an American storyboard artist, producer, game developer, and cartoonist. He was known for working on storyboards for various cartoons such as DuckTales (1987), Challenge of the GoBots, Heathcliff & the Catillac Cats, and He-Man and the Masters of the Universe.

He was a storyboard artist for few episodes from the first season of ¡Mucha Lucha!.
