Ratman is a heavy weighted mask wrestler who has apricot skin and wears a leather, dark-brown mask with black whiskers and mouse-like ears. He also wears a dark-brown wrestler outfit with a large, orange "RM" font, a short, mouse tail that connects to his outfit, and orange boots with black laces.
