Background[]
In the first issue of "¡Mucha Lucha!: Tales From The Coliseo", Jimmy appears in the segment "Ye Olde School Beatdown with Professor Jimmy Edwards", where he asks questions about masked wrestler losing their masks and license. Jimmy discusses a brief backstory of Lucha Libre's Day of Infamy and how masks and documents with real names are stored through filing cabinets. He also said that "Someone had the key" that can access to these cabinets. Before he mentioned other important events, The Flea interrupts him for the time of the story.
In another segment at the end of the first issue, Jimmy provides a history lesson about the wrestling match between Death Wish 3 and El Demon Rojo. Taking place in Arena Coliseo, he mentions the event through their signature moves and eventually, El Demon Rojo wins the match. He also discusses Hector Morales Garcia's life after losing the match and his vengeful attempt to opening boxes contain files from most luchadores that rained down from the tower. Knowing that this started the story, The Flea interrupts him again and tells him that they're in the thirty-first page and tells him to "Go to the top of the class".
He reappears again in the third and final part of the issue, but he states his absence in the letter. He was busy attending an event where one of his ex-pupils became a prime minister. Instead of appearing in the segment, he lets the readers know that the continuing story of Lucha Libre's Day of Infamy will be told by Sr. Hasbeena.
