Trivia[]
- This is the only episode in which only one of the Hairy Knuckles Wrestling Academy characters appears without the other two present.
- This episode marks the second time that Masked Dog gets kidnapped, and Rikochet has to save him.
- Some of the other students from the Lucha school are revealed to also have pets. Zero Kelvin has a penguin, El Haystack Grande has a horse, Tibor the Terrible has a parrot, Potato Patata Jr. has a tiny chihuahua, Snow Pea has a giant dog, Minotoro has a large bull, Francisco of the Forest has a large ape, and French Twist has an invisible pet. Interestingly, El Perrito is leashed to a fire hydrant.
- Rikochet trying to put a mask on a woman while another man tries to put a shoe on is a reference to Cinderella.
- In the Brazilian version of this episode, El Perrito asks "Tá olhando o que, Rosca Francesa?" (What are you looking at, French Twist?), however he does not refer to him by name in any of the other languages, and was apparently talking to his invisible dog, and not the French Twist.
- Queen Voladora makes a cameo in this episode along with her three-headed cat at the pet show.
