Paul Rodriguez (born January 19, 1955) is a Mexican-American actor and stand-up comedian. He was known for playing Detective Rolando Arrango in Blood Work, Gus the Cabbie in Rat Race, Fernando in The World's Fastest Indian, and Chico in Beverly Hills Chihuahua.

He voiced El Portero in the episode, "Pinball Wizard" from ¡Mucha Lucha!'.
