Mitch Watson is an American writer and producer. He is involved in various animated series including live-action series as a writer, producer, and director. He was known for writing episodes from animated shows such as Beware the Batman, Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated, Catscratch, Totally Spies!, and Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi. He also created and wrote Bagboy!, a pilot that aired on Cartoon Network.

He wrote one episode from the first season and some episodes from the second season of ¡Mucha Lucha!.
