- The original plot of the episode was going to focus on the match between Buena Girl and Maya Moderna's daughter, Astra Nova. When their new signature moves collides, an Earth spins and aligns with other inner planets that brings an ancient "The Cycle of Light" prophecy, which sends The Three Mascaritas and Astra Nova to Mars by the Glyph of Pacal. [2]
- When the The Three Mascaritas transformed to respective paintings, each painting are inspired by Mexican artists such as Diego Rivera, Frida Kahlo, and David Alfaro Siqueiro.[3]
Goofs[]
- Buena Girl says that Mars is not red, it only looks that way through the Earth's atmosphere. The Mariner and Pathfinder space probes that orbited or landed on Mars have discovered that is kind of an orangish red.
