Kathleen Barr (Born April 6, 1967) is a Canadian voice actress. She is best known for voicing Marie Kanker and Kevin in Ed, Edd n Eddy, Trixie and Queen Chrysalis in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, Dot Matrix in ReBoot, Kaiko Nekton in The Deep, Wheezie in Dragon Tales, and Gelorum in Hot Wheels: AcceleRacers.
She voiced Primadonna Hodges, Buena Mom, Mrs. Flea, La Piñata in the show. She also voiced several minor characters in the show including "The Return of El Maléfico" movie.
