Jess Harnell (born December 23, 1963) is an American voice actor and singer. He is known for voicing Wakko Warner from Animaniacs, Crash Bandicoot from the video game franchise with the same name, Captain Hero from Drawn Together, Ironhide from Transformers (film series), and the announcer of America's Funniest Home Videos.

He voiced Don Cerebro and Wayne N. in "The Return of El Maléfico" movie.
