Hector Elizondo (born December 22, 1936) is an American actor. He is known for playing Joe from The Princess Diaries, Barney Thompson from Pretty Woman, and Fisher from Runaway Bride.

In the show, he voiced El Fundador only in the episode, "Our Founder". He was also the voice of a narrator and Astrodomo Promoter in "The Return of El Maléfico" movie.
