Ellen Kennedy (born January 2, 1958) is a Canadian actress, voice actress, singer, and stage actress. She often voices characters in the anime dubbing voice-over, animated series, films, and video games. She also played characters in live-action films. She was known for voicing Kyoko Otonashi in Maison Ikkoku, various characters in My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, and Cappy in Hamtaro.

She guest stars in ¡Mucha Lucha!, as the voice of The Code of Masked Wrestling in "Mask-Away".
