El Evil Dentista of Doom is an evil masked dentist-themed luchador doesn't clean teeth, but to mess up the teeth from masked wrestlers. He kidnapped Dr. Smileytooth, so he can get revenge with The Three Mascaritas. He is an antagonist in "Tooth or Dare" and appears as a cameo in "The Return of El Maléfico".
Appearance[]
El Evil Dentista of Doom has a apricot skin with white eyes, black pupils and small goatee. He wears a dark blue, fire-shaped and orange mask with dark blue and orange horns on the side of his mask. He also wears a white dental uniform, apricot gloves, dark blue pants, and black shoes.

"Tooth or Dare"[]
He calls each of The Three Mascaritas to check their teeth and clean for them. However, when he called Buena Girl, he tells her that Dr. Smileytooth isn't here and he is on vacation. He plans to take over the world including the dentist, so he uses a giant drill to drill most of her teeth instead of cleaning her teeth which results to give her a large, metal braces.
Later, The Three Mascaritas were found by El Evil Dentista of Doom and they noticed that he kidnapped him and trapped him in a closet. He then revealed his plans to give metal braces to every buena wrestlers instead of cleaning their teeth. He was going to destroy The Three Mascaritas including Dr. Smileytooth, so he challenges them to the match. He uses "Doomsday Drill" to spin The Flea, which causes him to be thrown to the corner of the ring. He transforms into "Rinse of Rancor" to rinse Rikochet and splashes him to the corner of the ring. Then, he uses "Floss of Fury" to grab Buena Girl with ropes and ties her up in the corner. He was going to destroy Dr. Smileytooth until Buena Girl uses "Buena Gravel of Righteousness" to defeat him one last time. He was finally knocked out by her signature move and The Three Mascaritas saved Dr. Smileytooth.
"The Return of El Maléfico"[]
He was one of the partygoers at Las Vegas hotel with other luchadores celebrating before the "Ultimate Worldwide Luchathon".
Powers and Abilities[]
- Dentistry Expertise: El Evil Dentista of Doom is able to inspect and clean Rikochet and The Flea's teeth by possibly using the equipment. However, he uses the giant drill to drill Buena Girl's teeth and puts her metal braces on.
Signature Moves[]
During the match with The Three Mascaritas, he uses three signature moves that are based on dentistry equipment.
- Doomsday Drill: This moves turns El Evil Dentista of Doom into a drill. As he shapeshifts into a drill, he starts to spin until The Flea jumps into him and spins him, sending him to the ropes of the ring.
- Rinse of Rancor: In this move, his entire body turns into a water syringe. The water sprays out of his nozzles and his body controls the nozzle, using the tube to spray Rikochet with water.
- Floss of Fury: This moves turns his entire body into floss dispenser. A piece of floss comes out of the dispenser and lassos Buena Girl, so it ties her body that prevents her from moving.
