Eduardo Antonio Garcia was born in Mexico, but moved to El Paso, Texas when he was 5 years old. He return to Mexico to attend high school in Parral, Chihuahua, and then went back to Texas for college. After graduating, he started pursuing a career in acting, and moved to Los Angeles.

He voiced Blue Demon Jr. in the ¡Mucha Lucha! episode, "The Magnificent Three".

Trivia

• After the series ended, he went on to voice Dragon Rojo Sr. in Los Campeones de la Lucha Libre, which was also created and directed by Eddie Mort and Lili Chin.
