Don Brown

Don Brown (born June 30, 1964) is a Canadian voice actor and comedian. He mainly plays comedic and villainous roles from various animated and anime series. He is known for voicing Jaken and Tōga from Inuyasha, Siegel Clyne from Gundam SEED, Balgus from the original Escaflowne dub and Chief Otsuka from Tetsujin 28th.

He voiced King Prawn from "Calling All Monsters" and El Porcino in "Pig Out".
