Synopsis[]
When The Flea's country cousin comes to town, The Flea is muy worried that his cousin is the meanest, most horrible, nastiest, ugliest... cutest, friendliest, smiliest bug ever! It turns out that Chinche is generous, considerate and giving, but The Flea is not, and what's more, Rikochet and Buena Girl like it! Can The Flea show the world just how duplicitous Chinche really is before he loses his friends... and his mind?
Plot[]
The Flea got a letter that his cousin Chinche is coming to visit The Flea, but The Flea claims he is a monster. Rikochet and Buena Girl don't think so. Clinche arrives and gives The Flea a bouquet of flowers, which The Flea thinks is full of angry bees, so he runs off.
Rikochet and Buena Girl greet Chinche, and think he's nice. Chinche meets Rikochet at the Lucha School and has made him an El Rey statue. He also reorganized Buena Girl's closet. The Flea wonders why Chinche is being so nice all of a sudden. He makes him a picnic basket, but The Flea get suspicious and looks inside and finds an elephant that kicks the crap out of him. The Flea tries to beat Chinche up but Rikochet and Buena Girl stop him. They say Chinche never did anything evil.
They think The Flea is the problem. He tries to explain the elephant thing, but they don't believe him and Chinche lies. Rikochet and Buena Girl try to explain that they are family. The Flea gets a letter from Rikochet and Buena Girl to meet them in a dark alley. But he's been waiting over 2 hours because Rikochet, Chinche, and Buena Girl are at Slammin' Donuts. The Flea is spying on them and is sad. So he "makes" new friends by using his tea party set and pictures of the other mascaritas, but it's not the same.
The Flea goes to win his friends back, but has a tug of war with them with Chinche, but then Chinche is hanging off a branch. The Flea will help if he explains. This was to get back at him because of the diaper present the Flea gave him - it was supposed to be a secret but he did it in front of everyone. The Flea apologizes, and so the Flea helps Chinche up. The episode ends with Snow Pea forging Rikochet and Buena Girl's signatures on a note.
