Trivia[]
- On Cartoon Network's airing, this episode was aired as the first segment before "Dances with Bugs".
- This is the fourth episode to be outlined in the storyboard rather than writing credits for the episode.
- In one of the bad lucks, The Flea scratches himself with a really bad case of rash. This coincidentally alludes to Dexter's Laboratory's short film, "Chicken Scratch", which features the same voice actress of The Flea.
- Lonestar's bobblehead from "Pig Out" is seen to be broken after Rikochet throws The Flea across the room.
- After the squirrel and the dog rip through the back of Rikochet's mask, a large tear shows Rikochet's hair to be brown instead of black from the previous season.
- While The Three Mascaritas retrieve a chain letter from the satellite, the orchestic rhythm of "Sunrise" fanfare (also known as Also sprach Zarathustra) is heard, while they are in space. It was also used and heard in 2001: A Space Odyssey.
- According to the newspaper, Rikochet had done some good deeds without experiencing any bad luck:
- He saved a cat atop of Slammin' Donuts building.
- He saved the mayor from falling offstage.
- He discovered new species of a giant squid.
- He climbed the Matterhorn Mountain.
- He saved the satellite from an oncoming meteor.
- The Matterhorn Mountain is a reference to the real-life, Matterhorn mountain.
- Rikochet reveals that the chain letter actually belonged to Buena Girl.
Goofs[]
- While The Flea explains bad things to Rikochet, the transition sound is heard after he fell, but no transition screen is seen or moved to the next scene.
- In the previous season, the bus stop was near the benches with a bus sign. The bus stop was changed to somewhere around the neighborhood, instead of stopping in streets.
- When the bird left the thrust, the noise is heard, but the thrust didn't move.
- The desk was normal, but the desks were flipped horizontally as Snow Pea shows up in the wrestling ring.
- As Rikochet reaches the chain letter on the mountain, the clouds stopped moving after The Three Mascaritas reaches to the top of the mountain. The cloud moved again once the goat horn player blows the chain letter towards his face.
